1. Changing an existing user to use VPN
When you modify an existing user so that the user now requires a VPN account (for example, you enable ViewPoint Mobile softphone or the VPN phone option for the user), an account will NOT be generated automatically for the user.
To create the user's VPN account manually:
1 | In IP Telephony, choose System Parameters > VPN Settings. |
2 | Click Settings. |
3 | On the Test Connection/User Sync tab, click User sync. The user account will be created on the Open VPN server. |
